Mediaset requested to come up with creative response for refreshing UI & UX of their existing online platform where their wide group of customers can watch different type of video content.

Introducing the proposition
Promoting the best content upfront in dynamic header helps to introduce the proposition to the user. Here the editorial team can prioritise and diversify high value content (free on-demand video, live for registered users and premium for upgraded accounts) and encourage the user to sign-in and upgrade.
Personalisation & Content Discovery
Product reflects user’s activity enabling them to favourite pieces of content, resume and continue watching and providing personalised recommendations. It helps them to discover new content by pushing relevant videos into themed collections based on what they have watched or suggested by editorial team. Users feel like the experience is tailored for their needs.
Playback & Continuity
Using related content and chapterisation product creates onward journeys through content increasing video views and maximising user’s time spent watching. Also helps users to understand the proposition better.
End boards suggest users to watch next episode or choose from relevant videos
